  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds will only be issued for purchases made directly through our website or app.
  • Refunds will only be issued for full-price purchases and will not be given for any discounts or promotions.
  • Refunds will only be issued for downloadable and digital content products if the product has not been downloaded or used.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt of the refund request.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

In the case of Annual Subscriptions:

  • For annual subscriptions, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days of the subscription if a refund request is made within the first 15 days of purchase.
  • No refund will be issued for annual subscriptions after the first 15 days.
