The reward claim requests by the ambassadors can be seen tracked in the “Reward Claims” section of the portal

Under this section, all the reward claim requests can be seen.

The program manager can either Distribute these rewards or Reject them. If the reward claim request is approved and Distributed, the corresponding RPs are permanently deducted from the ambassador’s current RPs.

However, If the claim is Rejected, the RPs are re-allotted to the ambassador in his RP account.

The reward claim request list can also be filtered based on the Pending, Distributed and Rejected claims.

To filter the requests, click on the drop-down menu on the right side of the Text “Filter” and apply filters.

Downloading the details of reward claim requests

Program manager can also download all the details of the reward claims in a form of a .xlsx file format.

To download the full details, click on the “Download” button on the top right corner of the Reward claim section.
