
Creating a recruitment form
To create a recruitment form, navigate towards the top right corner and click “Recruitment form”
A recruitment form builder will appear where users can customize their recruitment form. With the toolbox section, users can add various elements to their recruitment form such as Images, paragraphs, questions, multiple choice questions, drop-down menu, columns, labels, etc.

After creating the form, user can also view the “Preview” of the form by clicking on the “Preview” button.

This will show how the recruitment form will look to the applicant.

Once the form is created, click on the “Submit” button to save the recruitment form

After submitting the form, this form will appear in the “Recruit” section of the portal.

By clicking on the 3 dots, users can configure, share and disable the form.


Copy Link: Copy the link to the recruitment form. This link can be shared on social media platforms or in the community. Interested applicants can view and fill out the form with this link
View Form: To have a view of the form and how it looks to the applicant
Disable Form: Disable the form and restrict the new applications.
